Lauren Adair

Lauren is Cliff College’s Ministry Delivery Officer for Events & Projects, responsible for delivering a range of events and projects that support the wider ministry of the College. Her work includes coordinating Cliff Festival and Graduation, alongside other College events and projects throughout the year.

Since joining the team, Lauren has worked on a variety of projects, including coordinating the Cliff College Podcast, leading the renovation of Chadwick’s Dining Room, supporting the administration of overseas trips for students and leading students at the Methodist Church's annual 3Generate event.

Lauren studied at Cliff College from 2013–2016 and, since graduating, has worked for churches and charities involved in mission, coordinating events, projects and volunteers. Her continued involvement with Cliff Festival, including leading one of the Festival’s youth venues, helped spark her passion for festival ministry and ultimately led her to her current role. She loves the opportunities that events and festivals create for people to encounter God, connect with others and grow in their faith.

Outside of work, Lauren is a proud single mum to Theodore. Her hobbies tend to change regularly, although paint-by-numbers has somehow managed to make several comebacks! She is also a committed true crime fanatic and listens to several podcasts a day.
