Ian is a Methodist presbyter, currently serving as coordinating chaplain at City St George’s University of London. He is currently researching chaplaincy for a doctorate in practical theology. His research interest is in the particular theological contribution that Methodists bring to chaplaincy, believing that one of Methodism’s gifts to the church is a willingness to partner with others. When not working or researching, Ian can be usually be found with his partner in the West End of London watching a musical. Ian is based in Notting Hill where his partner is the superintendent minister of the local Methodist Church.
