Helen has worked in teaching for over twenty years, combining this with a love of singing in a choir, amateur dramatics and being a steward and worship leader in her local church. As a child, annual holidays at were spent at Methodist Guild Holiday hotels with her parents, and where she eventually met her husband. She lives in Matlock with her husband and Staffie - Rocky, and enjoys building and working in her garden, baking, singing in a choir and taking care of her grandson, Caelan.
