Janet is currently the Director of the Ministries Team of the Methodist Church in Ireland, based at Edgehill House in Belfast. As Director of Ministries, Janet has responsibility for the leadership and oversight of ordained and lay ministries in the Methodist Church. She is also responsibility for developing the policies and processes of governance for ministry in the Methodist Church in Ireland and serves on the Cliff College Committee.
