Gill is the current serving President of the Methodist Conference, and will be returning to her role as Chair of the Sheffield Methodist District following this post. Gill also chairs the Ministries Committee, is a member of the Stationing Committee and the Strategy and Resources Committee and sits on the board of TMCP. She is married to Leslie who currently serves as the Chair of the Yorkshire North and East District and they have one daughter, Laura who has recently graduated from University.
