The Cliff College Committee plays a vital role within the ongoing life of the College, and we're excited to welcome Karen into this key role of Chair of the Committee.
I’m delighted to join the world of Cliff College, deeply appreciative of its legacy and hope-filled for its future.
Karen Stefanyszyn
Karen brings a vast amount of experience to this role. She is a Director of Waverley Learning Ltd, a boutique consultancy specialising in leadership development and coaching, encouraging responsible leaders to lead with space, pace and grace. She is also a Facilitator Director of the Society of Leadership Fellows at St George's House Windsor, whose purpose is ‘nurturing each others’ wisdom'.
Over the past 15 years Karen has served the life of the Methodist Church as a member of Ministries Committee and Candidate Selection Committees, and a non-Executive Director of Methodist Central Hall Westminster and Central Hall Venues.
We are thrilled that Karen has been appointed as Chair of the Committee! Her experience working alongside organisations helping them to develop and flourish will play a key role in the life of Cliff, and I am excited to journey with her and see what the future holds.
