Paul is a freelance mentor of men in leadership, many of whom are youth pastors or church leaders and is in the process of writing a book on mentoring. His background is in secondary school teaching, Scripture Union Regional Co-ordinator, National Director of Covenanters and, as Director of Church Resources, a member of the Leadership Team of British Youth for Christ. He has also led an SU beach mission for 7 years and is am Chair of Trustees for the Worcester Area Schools’ Project.
